Choose the plan that's right for your organisation. The Digital Interview Cycle is affordable for organisations of any size. That's because our pricing model is simple and straightforward. You pay a low amount per employee per year. We keep our prices low by using modern software development technology. That's our idea of a good deal.
We think it's fair that smaller organisations pay less than the larger ones. The cost of an annual plan for the Digital Interview Cycle therefor increases in linear fashion with the workforce in your organisation. Straightforward and ransparent for everyone.
When using the software, there are one-off costs for the implementation of the software consisting of an intake, delivery and training in order to maximize the return on investment for your organization.
Plan
Get started for only € 640,- (excl. VAT) annually. This allows for 40 user accounts for your organisation. That's € 16,- per person per year. Need more?
Implementation
When implementing the Applado software for your organisation, you want to make sure that the HR software is set up correctly. Our HR experts have years of experience in translating HR policy into processes and system design.

Unfortunately, we don't offer a trial or free plan. The features of the software are so quite extensive and we would like to explain them to you, before you get go hands on. If you request a demonstration, we will schedule a presentation as soon as possible. We would like to show the software online or on location, so that we can explain the functionality and answer your questions. The first demonstration is of course free of charge.
We have a mandatory implementation process if you decide to use the Digital Interview Cycle for your organization. The reason for this is simple: organizations that start using the software the right way from the start will continue to benefit from this in the long run.
Adequate HR knowledge is an advantage during implementation, but many organisations like to use our HR experts to set up an interview cycle workflow that fits the HR process. We like to tailor the duration and costs of the implementation to the size of your organisation and the complexity of your HR process. We then set up the interview cycle and provide the appropriate competence profiles.
The Digital Interview Cycle is priced competitively. Therefore it's not possible to get a discount on the annual plan.
No. We're transparent about the cost of use. So you can find them all on our site. No one works for us on a commission basis, so we don't sell you anything you don't need. Our team is trained to help you as quickly and professionally as possible. Because we demonstrate the software first, we often know you personally. We're in it for the long run.
Support for the software is included in your plan. We will assist you during office hours with tehc support and advice. You'll notice that we're always prepared to take the extra step when necessary. You also have 24/7 access to our Support Center. In this knowledge base you will probably find an answer to your question yourself. For extensive HR issues, our experts can offer a solution on a project based fee. Please contact us for more information.
